TERMS AND CONDITIONS


The present general mail order selling conditions have to be carefully examined by the Customer before completing the purchase order.
It is understood that the purchase order by the website www.laviniafirenze.it  implies the total and complete knowledge  of the present general conditions of sale and their full acceptance: the Customer, completing the purchase order by the Internet website, unconditionally accepts and undertakes to observe the present general conditions of sale, declaring to have gone through and to have accepted all the informations provided to him, and moreover takes note that LV&LV srl doesn’t consider itself bound to conditions different from the present, if not pre-emptively agreed upon in writing.
There is no purchase agreement between LV&LV and the Customer for the sale of products, until the email order confirmation by LV&LV srl.
Each agreement will be considered stipulated in Italy. All the laws in force in Italy will be moreover applied to such agreement and the Customer commits himself to accept the jurisdiction of Italian Courts.
