Within the above specified limits, the responsibility of LV&LV will not however exceed the price paid by the Customer for the product which caused the damage.
No enforcement of the present general conditions of sale will limit the responsibility in case of death of the Customer or damage to him, caused by negligence of LV&LV, of its employers, of its agents or its persons in charge.

LV&LV committs itself to withdraw, repair or replace for free any product damaged or lost in the course of the dispatch made by our forwarder, on condition that:

-the Customer should have given written communication of the  damage or loss within the 24 hours following the delivery date  (in case of damage), that is within the 24 hours following the date of advance delivery to the Customer, as soon as the order has been sent (in case of loss), in order to let us avail ourselves of the remedies provided by the conditions of sale applied by our forwarder; and

- the Customer should put at LV&LV’s disposal (in case of product damage) the product and its original packaging
All the purchase order supporting informations and the product characteristics are only to be intended as general informative material, not referrable to the real characteristics of a single product. The reports provided in the catalogue, concerning the availability of a product, are not to be considered binding.
Nessuna disposizione delle presenti condizioni generali di vendita potrà limitare la responsabilità in caso di morte o danno alla persona del Cliente causati dalla negligenza della LV&LV, dei suoi dipendenti, agenti o incaricati.
La LV&LV si impegna a riparare o sostituire gratuitamente qualsiasi prodotto che sia stato danneggiato o smarrito in occasione della spedizione effettuata dal nostro spedizioniere, a condizione che:
- il Cliente abbia comunicato per iscritto il danneggiamento o lo smarrimento entro le 24 ore successive alla data di consegna (nel caso di danneggiamento) ovvero entro le 24 ore successive alla data di consegna anticipata al Cliente al momento in cui l’ordine è stato inoltrato (in caso di smarrimento), al fine di consentirci di avvalerci dei rimedi previsti dalle condizioni di spedizione applicate dal nostro spedizioniere; e
- il Cliente metta a disposizione della LV&LV (in caso di danneggiamento del prodotto) il prodotto e la sua confezione originale

Le segnalazioni inerenti la disponibilità del prodotto contenute nel catalogo non sono da ritenersi vincolanti.
