The costs and risks concerning the return of products are chargeable to the Customer; in this regard, we suggest to the Customer to insure the dispatch.
The price refund for the returned products will be made by  reaccredit of the amount paid by the Customer within a 30 days term, with effect from the date in which we have been informed by the Customer of his exercising the Right of withdrawal, that is, with effect from the date of receipt, by LV&LV, of the returned products, in case the Right of withdrawal has been exercised by the return of products. In order to proceed with the return, all the lingerie items should appear not worn and complete with all the labels.
The products have moreover to be returned inside their original packaging, which should be perfectly intact.
Should the products returned by the Customer appear worn, damaged, incomplete, deteriorated and/or dirty, they will not be refunded.
