The present general mail order selling conditions have to be carefully examined by the Customer before completing the purchase order.

PRODUCTS PRICE LIST:

The products price list provided on this Internet website is expressed in Euro and includes the applicable taxation. The price for each product includes the amount for the delivery charges. Prices do not include eventual custom clearance.

Our Customer care service will provide for sending you the Return Authorization Code (RAC) , that will allow us to manage all the process at best. Once you receive the Return Authorization Code (RAC) you can provide for sending us all the material you intend to return.

PRODUCTS REPLACEMENT

We want to offer to our Customers the possibility to replace the products purchased through our Internet website.
Shouldn’t the ordered size be the right one, or should you want to change the model, don’t exitate to send an email to info@lavinaifirenze.it within seven (7) working days from the product receipt. Our customer care service will provide for sending you the Replacement Authorization Code (EAC) which will allow us to easily manage the transaction. Once you receive the Replacement Authorization Code (EAC), you can provide for sending us the material you intend to replace.
